Baseball New Brunswick - 14U Girls Winter Training Program
Program Overview
Baseball New Brunswick is excited to announce the redesigned 14U Girls Winter Training Program, designed to help young female athletes continue developing their baseball skills throughout the off-season.
This program will prepare players for the 2026 season and provide an opportunity to be evaluated for Team New Brunswick’s 14U Girls roster.
Program Details
- Total Sessions: 8
- Locations: Fredericton, Miramichi, Moncton, Saint John
- Timeline: February - May 2026
- Final Event: May Selection Weekend
- Dates: May 15-17, 2026
- Purpose: Final roster selection for Team NB 14U Girls
- Event: 14U Girls Atlantics hosted in New Brunswick
Eligibility
- Ages: 12-14 (as of the 2026 playing season)
- Open to all female athletes in New Brunswick who want to build their baseball skills, confidence, and game knowledge.
- Participation Requirement:
- Any athlete who participates in at least one winter session is eligible to attend the May Selection Weekend.
Program Structure
Each training session will be led by the 14U Girls Team NB coaching staff, supported by additional coaches and player development helpers.
Sessions will focus on:
- Fundamental skill development (hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, and catching)
- Baseball IQ and situational awareness
- Team culture and leadership
Registration Options
- $25 Pay Per Session: Flexible option for athletes who wish to attend specific sessions.
- $250 Full Participation: Discounted rate for athletes who commit to all 8 sessions. Full participation includes Winter Program Clothing (BNB High-Performance Branded T-Shirt and Hat).
