About Us

Baseball New Brunswick was formally established in 1989 as the governing body of competitive baseball in New Brunswick. The mandate of Baseball New Brunswick is for the promotion, development, guidance and regulation of competitive baseball and its programs in the province of New Brunswick.

A volunteer executive board is in place consisting of the President, two Vice-Presidents, and the Treasurer; the NCCP coordinator, the president of the umpires association, as well as two representatives from each of the eight zones within the province. Its policies are administered by a full time Executive Director, assisted by numerous volunteer Committee Chairs and Executive of BNB.

Our membership is comprised of players starting in T-Ball (5 years) to Intermediate and Senior Leagues (21 years +), coaches, officials, volunteers, and administrators. 5147 players, 482 coaches, and 212 umpires are registered with Baseball New Brunswick.

Competitive athletes represent the province at national and international events. Baseball New Brunswick’s successes are acknowledged by its national championship teams, national team members, collegiate athletes, Olympians, minor league, and major league players.
